Open to anyone with an @easyweddings.com.au Google account.

What this app will ask for:
  • Your basic Google profile (name + email).
  • Permission to send email on your behalf via Gmail — so when you click Send Email #2 on a wedding, the email goes from your address (couples can reply directly to you). Sent emails appear in your Sent folder.
  • Permission to read your inbox — so the app can detect when a couple replies to one of your sent emails and surface it as a task on the relevant wedding. Only used to cross-reference reply threads against sent emails; we don't read or store anything else.
Inbox reads happen once per hour on the server (not in your browser) and only check message headers + the first ~200 characters of replies in tracked threads.
